Lisbio Maria Jacinto Couto, Jr., is wanted for his alleged involvement in at least three of a series of crimes committed in California and Nevada, many of which are thought to have been committed as part of a sophisticated Asian Criminal Enterprise Organization. Specifically, Couto is alleged to have participated in an armed robbery in Hayward, California, on April 11, 1997; an armed robbery and murder on May 3, 1997, in San Jose, California; and a computer component hijacking on October 9, 1997, in San Jose, California. Couto was charged with participating in these crimes in a federal RICO indictment issued in the Northern District of California, San Jose, California, on July 20, 2004.

Additionally, on April 17, 1998, one victim was murdered while seated in a parked car outside a house party in Fountain Valley, California. Couto was charged with state felony murder in the city of Fountain Valley, California, as a result of this crime. On October 6, 1998, a federal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant was issued in the Central District of California, Santa Ana, California, charging Couto with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

$20,000 BANK ROBBER REWARD

The FBI and Gurnee Illinois Police announced a reward of up to $20,000  for information leading to identification and arrest of the man who shot at police and robbed the Community Trust Credit Union.

The FBI is offering the reward “primarily because of the violent nature of the crime,” said Ross Rice, spokesman from the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

“We’re hoping (the reward) attracts media and the public’s attention,” Rice said.

Witnesses described the bandit as an black man, 6 feet to 6-feet, 2-inches tall. The suspect, who acted alone in the Jan. 28, 2010 robbery, was a wearing all black clothing and a mask.

Authorities said the man forced entry at 7 p.m. when the credit union on Route 41 in Gurnee was closing. He used plastic zip ties to bind the hands of employees.

After he was unable to open the credit union vault, he fled and spotted an officer who was responding to the robbery, according to authorities. He shot at the officer before running behind a nearby building and possibly to a waiting vehicle. The officer was not injured, the news release stated.

$15,000 WANTED FUGITIVE REWARD

A $15,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Lester William Hobbs, 46. Hobbs is suspected in the kidnapping of Aja Johnson, 7, and the murder of her mother, Tonya Hobbs.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Marshals Service in Oklahoma are offering the reward. Anyone with information that could be helpful to the investigation should call the U.S. Marshals Service in Oklahoma City at (405) 231-4206.

Aja Danielle Johnson is 4 feet tall, with brown eyes and brown hair. She weighs 65 pounds.

Lester Hobbs is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has green eyes, brown hair, and multiple tattoos, including the word “Tony” on his left forearm and wings on his chest. He was last seen driving a white 1995 Toyota Paseo with Oklahoma license plate 577BPW. The rear window may be broken out.

The Texas Department of Public Safety had issued an Amber Alert for Aja Johnson earlier this week, but had to discontinue the alert because no additional leads were being received about her possible location.

Zachs has a lazy right eye.

Zachs is known to be a good handyman. He may alter his appearance by wearing a beard or moustache. Zachs is known to have a violent temper and may carry handguns due to a possible inferiority complex. He enjoys watching sports on television in bars and may drink Budweiser brand beer or rum. Zachs writes short stories. He prefers to wear casual clothes, especially jeans. He speaks Spanish and may have traveled to Mexico or other Spanish speaking countries.

Details: Adam Mark Zachs is wanted for the murder of a man in West Hartford, Connecticut. On March 22, 1987, Zachs became involved in an argument with a man at a bar. Upset over the verbal exchange, Zachs left the bar and went to his apartment where he obtained a 9mm automatic pistol. He returned to the bar and asked the man with whom he had argued to step outside. After an additional argument outside the bar, the victim turned and began walking back inside the bar. Zachs then pulled out the pistol and shot the victim in the back. The victim died from his wounds.

Zachs fled the scene of the shooting, but was later arrested at his apartment. On August 23, 1988, at the conclusion of a jury trial, Zachs was convicted of murder and sentenced to 60 years in prison. Pending appeal, Zachs was released on bond. In June of 1989, Zachs failed to appear at a scheduled court hearing and a warrant for failure to appear was issued by a judge in the Superior Court of Connecticut on June 27, 1989. On July 24, 1989, a federal arrest warrant charging Zachs with unlawful flight to avoid confinement was issued in the United States District Court, Hartford, Connecticut.

Clues and Remarks: Badillo has a formal education in computers and likes to tinker with them. He enjoys selling things over the Internet, frequents bars and drinks alcohol, and once had a deejay business. He once took flying lessons. Badillo would likely seek white collar jobs and not jobs involving physical labor. He has ties to Madill and Ardmore, Oklahoma, and San Luis Potosi and Matamoros, Mexico. He has dual United States and Mexican citizenship. Badillo may be taking steps to change his appearance by growing his hair long.

Badillo has a scar on his right ankle from a skin graft.

Details: Jose Gustavo Badillo is wanted for allegedly raping and molesting a minor female over the course of several years, beginning approximately in 1998. On September 1, 2005, the District Court of the 20th Judicial District, State of Oklahoma, issued an arrest warrant after Badillo was charged with first degree rape. Badillo was charged federally on September 19, 2005, with transporting a minor in foreign commerce with intent to engage in sexual activity, and tampering with a federal witness/victim. In addition, on February 23, 2006, United States District Court, Eastern District of Oklahoma, issued an arrest warrant for Badillo relating to a charge of possession of child pornography.

Clues and Remarks: Jacqueline LeBaron has resided in Aguas Calientes, Mexico, and was teaching English while living there. She also has the ability to speak Spanish. Additionally, LeBaron may wear disguises and is known to possess a firearm. LeBaron was last observed in Honduras in 2007. She is also believed to have an 11- or 12-year-old son.

Details: Jacqueline Tarsa LeBaron is wanted for her alleged involvement in a series of crimes which occurred in the Texas area. On June 27, 1988, four people were murdered simultaneously in Houston and Irving, Texas, allegedly by members of the LeBaron crime family. Reportedly, this crime family started when Ervil LeBaron broke off from the Mormon Church to start his own polygamous sect, which he called the Church of the Lamb of God (CLG).

In 1972, Ervil LeBaron was convicted and imprisoned for ordering his followers to murder his brother for breaking CLG commandments. While in prison, Ervil LeBaron wrote a book that would become the bible for CLG members. Additionally, in the book it stated that any individual caught breaking the commandments would be sentenced to death. On June 27, 1988, three CLG followers were murdered allegedly by LeBaron family members for breaking CLG commandments and for choosing to leave the church. Also murdered was a victim’s eight-year-old daughter because she was a witness to her father’s murder.

By 1995, three of the six LeBaron family defendants were found guilty of the June 1988 murders and incarcerated. A fourth defendant plead guilty and was sentenced to prison. The fifth defendant was convicted of ordering the assassinations and imprisoned. Jacqueline Tarsa LeBaron, the sixth defendant, remains a fugitive. Additionally, during Ervil LeBaron’s incarceration and following his death in prison, many of his 54 children reportedly continued to carry out their father’s teachings.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The United States Marshals Service announced today that it has added convicted cop killer and child molester Paul Clouson, 70, to its list of 15 most wanted fugitives.

Clouston, a Pennsylvania native who was last seen in the Williamsburg, VA area, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. He also is wanted by the Virginia State Police for failing to register as a sex offender, and by the Virginia Division of Probation and Parole for alleged violations of his parole on a conviction for the armed sexual assault of a child.

The Marshals Service is now employing its comprehensive nationwide network of regional and district fugitive task forces, as well as its Technical Operations Group, to find Clouston. A reward of up to S25,000 is being offered for information leading to his capture.

“Paul Clouston is a dangerous felon and needs to be taken off the streets,” said United States Marshals Service Director John Clark. “By placing this predator on our 15 Most Wanted list, I have directed our investigators to utilize all our resources to catch him and bring him to justice. He has proven himself to be a danger to our children and he needs to be captured.”

In 1973, Clouston was convicted on second degree murder charges for murdering a police detective in Buena Park, CA a year earlier. He was released from prison in 1982. In 1991, Clouston was indicted on 17 counts of sexually abusing children in the Williamsburg, VA area. He later pled guilty to seven of the 17 charges he faced and was sent to prison again. He was released on parole in 2005. He was last seen living in a motel in the Williamsburg, VA area and has failed to register as a sex offender with the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Clouston, who is six feet tall and weighs 170 pounds, is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information as to his location is asked to contact their nearest United States Marshals Service office, or the Marshals Service Headquarters at (800) 336-0102.
