A $150,000 reward is available now for the arrest and conviction of Brenda Sierra’s murderer.

Sheriff’s Homicide investigators say the 15-year-old was kidnapped as she walked to Schurr High School in Montebello on October 18, 2002.

Sierra’s body was found the next day, dumped near the Valley of Enchantment at Crestline.

Investigators want to talk to 28-year-old Jorge Barraza who they describe as a person of interest.
